This past Tuesday, the Varsity Baseball team demolished the Smith Eagles 21-0. This victory moved their conference record to 2-1, but they weren’t done yet. Following the Smith game, the team beat Dudley 7-0. Dudley was tied for second in the conference and with that win, Page took solo second place. In order to be tied for the lead in the conference, the Pirates had to defeat Southern Alamance. Clinching their fourth straight victory and a tie for first in the conference, the baseball team took down Southern Alamance 2-0.

When asked how he felt about their winning streak, Kevin Westlake remarked, “We are playing some incredible baseball right now. Our real test will be tonight against Southeast and if we get this dub, I think we will have a good shot at making a run for the State Championship!”
