Volleyball team beats rivals Grimsley

The Woman’s Volleyball team were in action on Wednesday, September 20th against Mount Tabor. In a hard fought 5-set game the Pirates fell to the Spartans, 3-2. The Pirates faced cross town rivals, Grimsley last Thursday at home. The Pirates with a dominating performance, swept the Whirlies 3-0. Page traveled to new conference members Northwest Guilford on Tuesday, September 26th. The Viking played a dominating match and won 3 sets to 0. This was the Pirates first conference loss after starting conference play 3-0. Page had a home game Wednesday, September 27th against Providence Grove. The Pirates left with the win 3 sets to 1. The team’s next game is at Ragsdale on Thursday, September 28th at 6:30.
