Life in the Fast Lane

The Page Indoor Track Team competed on Saturday, December 16th at the NCRunners Holiday Invitational at the JDL Fast Track in Winston Salem, NC. This invitational was hosted by JDL Fast Track. Julia Taylor finished 12th in the girls 500 meter dash. Cam Milroy received 7th in the boys 3200 run and the boys relay team earned 3rd I the boys 4×200. On Monday, December 18th the Pirates ran in the Spartans at the JDL Fast Track, which was also hosted by JDL Fast Track. Julia Taylor got 2nd in the girls 300 meter dash, the girls relay received 2nd in the 4×200 meter relay and 4th in the 4×800 relay. Sydney Deberry earned 1st in the girls triple jump, which now makes her a state meet qualifier. Jeremiah Holloway got 3rd in the boys high jump, CJ Crump received 4 in the boys 55 meter hurtles, the boys relay earned 4th in the boys 4×200 and the 4×800. Patrick Smith took home 2nd in the boys long jump.
