Pirates Race Towards Gold

On Monday, January 22 the Page Indoor Track Team ran in the Mighty Explorers Challenge. This meet took place at the JDL Fast Track in Winston Salem. Destini Snead received 1st place in the Girls 300 meter dash, Julia Taylor got 1st in the Girls 500 meter dash and Adiva Brown earned 2nd in the Girls long jump. The Girls 4×200 and 4×400 relay got 1st and the 4×800 relay earned 3rd. Jaedon Barnett received 2nd in the Boys 55 meter dash, Naim Bradsher earned 1st in the Boys 300 meter dash and Cam Milroy got 2nd in the Boys 1600 meter run. The boys 4×400 and 4×800 meter relays earned 3rd overall. Naseem Alston received 2nd in the Boys 55 meter hurdles and Cody King got 3rd in the Boys long jump.
