On Friday March 10th Page High School held their annual spring blood drive, sponsored by the American Red Cross and Page Student Council. Every school year Page High School Student Council host a blood drive in the fall and spring for students, teachers, and faculty in hopes to raise blood to help people in need of blood donations. Students are allowed to sign up if they are 16 or older in order to participate in the drive. Overall, the blood drive had a bigger turn out than the fall. In the spring 160 people signed up compared to 115 people in the fall. The school raised a total of 98 pints and reached their goal to have a bigger turnout in the spring than the fall. Great job to Mr. Scarbro and the members of the Student Council.
