The Page Pirates football team is looking to make a deep run in the playoffs and is off to a good start so far. After a 62-20 blowout victory against a lower seeded Lumberton team in the first round, the Pirates took on a higher seeded Wake Forest team and beat them 31-20 in their own stadium. The Pirates have a home game this Friday against Richmond County, a team that upset conference champion Dudley earlier this season. The Pirates will look to add on to their current playoff run and continue on their journey to the state championship. Everyone come out and support this huge playoff game. Go Pirates!
