After an eventful and successful season, the Page Track team’s year has come to a close. The team finished the season with a solid performance in states. A few of our track players were chosen to compete in states and junior Ian Shanklin finished 4^th in the 3200 with a time of 9:20:05 and the men’s 4 by 800 finished 10^th overall with a time of 8:14:06, their best time of the season. . Then men’s relay team consists of Ahmed Sinada, Jason Willett, Ian Shanklin, and Nathan Gillespie; all of which will be returning next season. Page had a great overall team but is also a very young team who will continue to grow as time goes on and since they are losing very few players should become a force next season. Watch out for Page Track next year and the years that follow.
