On Friday, November 18th, the Pirates football team, defeated Olympic 39-14 in the first round of the state playoffs. The Pirates defense shined as they shut Olympic out in the second half of the game 14-0. The Pirates move on to the next round of the playoffs, playing West Mecklenburg at home on Friday, November 25th. Good luck to the football team, and go Pirates!
