The volleyball team is on a three game winning streak. The team traveled to Providence Grove on September 13th and played excellent in the first 2 sets, winning 25-18 and 25-17. The 3rd set was tight with the Pirates coming out on top 28-26 and taking the match 3 sets to 0. The team had a home game against High Point Central on September 14th. The Pirates dominated play against the Bison, led by a superb attacking performance from Caroline Fitzgerald and Madeline Albright and a good serving performance by Clara Pope. The Pirates beat High Point Central 3 sets to 0, and look to continue there streak at home against rivals Grimsley on Thursday, September 21st at 5pm. This is the first of two meetings against the Whirlies.
