On Tuesday, September 26th the Pirates took on the Vikings of Northwestern Guilford at home. The Pirates won 2-1 against the Vikings. In the first half the Pirates had one goal, which was followed by a Northwest goal. Due to miscommunication, the Pirates scored on their own goal, giving the Vikings a point to tie up the game. In the second half the Pirates scored a second goal to take home the win against Northwest. Giovanni Santibanez scored a goal along with AC Camara who had one goal. The Pirates play next on Monday, October 2nd at Ragsdale High School.
