Stetson Bennett (25), starting quarterback for the Georgia Bulldogs, has led his team to their 2nd consecutive National Championship, achieving a big (65-7) victory against TCU. This makes Stetson the sixth starting Quarterback in college football history to win back-to-back championships. His story of adversity from being a walk-on and undersized quarterback to a back-to- back finals winner is something people can take inspiration from. Despite this, Stetson Bennett has now been stripped of his eligibility due to him being 25 years of age. Many people wonder if he will go into the NFL draft- to which Stetson has a very reluctant reply to the question. Bennett says he isn’t too worried and is focusing on the championship victory.
