In the words of Zig Ziglar, “What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals.” Although what you get is important, the person you are and will be matters the most. When you finally reach something that you have being working so hard for, it feels great and naturally, when you fail, it sucks. After you reach that goal, you feel so accomplished and believe that you could literally do anything if you set your mind to it. That feeling of success affects who you are. You want to experience that success again and so you begin to alter yourself in order to achieve more goals. This alteration allows you to grow into the person you were always meant to be. So, remember that the person you become after you accomplish your goals is a reflection of whom you truly are inside.
