April’s Student of the Month is Naomi Ntibonera. Naomi is a hard-working, energetic, and respectful student. Naomi maintains all A’s in her classes, and strives to learn more everyday. Naomi is in National Honor Society and International Club. She is originally from the Republic of Congo and has 8 siblings. Naomi also plays soccer outside of school for a REC league. She plays during the fall and during the spring. She is in her church band at Daystar church, and is also in a band with her family. Naomi plays piano in her church’s band, and plays guitar and sings for her family band. She also loves to swim as an outside activity, but doesn’t do it competitively. Naomi enjoys travelling and has visited many places from New York to Belgium and she hopes to continue to travel. Naomi is continuing her education next year at UNCG and plans to major in Nutrition.
