I recently went to the art show in the media center, and their was one artist’s style that really caught my eye.
his name is Oliver Carrick and he is a senior. he had mostly hand drawn portraits of what I believe to be an original character(oc) the blue horned variant is named pluto, while the red horned variant(and original variant)’s name is mercury. the theme of plants is apparent with mercury’s red horns referencing ‘the great red spot’. the colors were great and you could really feel the emotion on their faces. and his use of color was very good. like more muted colors for feeling sad, the more sad, the more muted, and all black and white for sorrow.
