Dodgeball Tournament

Dodgeball Tournament

Right before Spring Break the Page faculty and students had a Dodgeball tournament that was used as a “Spring Break kick off” and took place on March 24th after school. It was $2 to get in or 3 canned foods which could be used to replace a $1.  The money went to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the canned food went to the Urban Ministry. There were around 100 faculty members and students playing in the tournament divided across 9 teams. The winning team was the Dodging Koalas with coach, Jurell Goddard. This team consisted entirely of freshmen and sophomores. On this winning team, Jack Stichter a sophomore, was very excited to win. He said,” it felt good to be able to bring attention and be apart of raising money for a good cause in a fun way.” He was especially excited to represent his sophomore class as the winning team. The Lasagna Lizards were honored with the award of “best dressed.”
