Mac Maultsby, junior, went on a mission trip to New York with First Presbyterian Church. While there they stayed in a Presbyterian church and they did mission work. They went to different areas of New York to work in a food pantry and work with orphan kids. When asked what he thought about the experience he said, “It was a life changing experience to see the inner-city struggles.” When asked about Mac’s favorite part he said, “My favorite part was seeing how happy the kids were when you played with them and how grateful the people were at the food pantry.” If you want to go on a mission trip too you could ask around and find someone to go with, churches are a good way to do this!
