Some people throw around the term “best friend” so easily. Are these people really your best friend?

Typically people claim others as their best friend, but in some cases these people aren’t truly their best friend. A true best friend is there for you, through everything, and keeps all your secrets. I hear girls within society complaining about how their best friend chose their boyfriend over them, or how their best friend is gossiping about them. This is not a true best friend.

Your best friend should be someone you can confide in and trust. They should always be your back. To figure out who a true best friend is, I think of the funny phrase I have heard many times on tv, “Your best friend is the person you would call to help you hide a dead body if it came to that circumstance,” but how do you know who is your true best friend?

I only have one true best friend, and even though people do not want to admit to it, you only have one true best friend. Theres a fine line between acquaintances, friends, and best friends. BEst friends are like family. You should be able to go to your best friend for advice. So next time you are wondering who your true best friend is, open your horizons and soul search. Think of who you would call to hide a dead body with…without actually needing to bury a dead body of course. 🙂
