Welcome back to another week of Robertson’s Reportings! Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, has been banned from Instagram for 24 hours after “using a racial slur in reference to comedian Trevor Noah.” Ye posted a screenshot of a Google search for “Trevor Noah” along with the lyrics of “Kumbaya, My Lord” which had been changed to include a racial slur. Since then, the post was removed. According to Instagram, he violated policies on “hate speech, bullying, and harassment.”

Ben & Jerry’s recently announced that the Dublin Mudslide ice cream flavor will return from the company’s “flavor graveyard.” Ben & Jerry’s maintains a small physical graveyard to honor all of the flavors that the company no longer offers. However, Dublin Mudslide, Irish cream ice cream with chocolate chocolate chip cookies and coffee fudge swirls, is returning to stores just in time for Saint Patrick’s Day.

Earlier this month, fifteen $500,000 Lamborghini Aventadors sank on a ship in the Pacific Ocean. These fifteen were supposed to be the last of their kind, but the company announced that as a result of the loss of the cars, they would be able to fill the orders by making new ones despite the process being “tricky.” Aventadors have a top speed of 220 mph and can accelerate from 0-62 mph in 2.8 seconds. For reference, a Honda Civic takes approximately 7.2 seconds and has a top speed of roughly 130 mph.

See you next time on Robertson’s Reportings, coverage you can count on!
