The Page Women’s Lacrosse team started up the season last week against a very good Northwest team. The final was a 19-1 loss to the Vikings on the road, with the lone goal scored by Senior Captain, Emma Meisinger. Emma had this to say about the team: “We have a lot of new players this season who are picking up the stick for the first time, so it’s really just a learning season.” The team has two games this week, each against conference opponents. There is a game on Monday at home against Ragsdale and another game at Grimsley on Wednesday. Hopefully the Pirates will be able to bounce back!
