Junior, Lilly Washburn went on a mission trip to New York with First Presbyterian Church. While in New York, Lilly and the group she was with went around the city feeding the homeless. They also worked in a clothing bank and worked with kids in a daycare. Lilly went around the city with her group to help people in need. When asked about the experience Lilly said, “It was a great experience. It was also great to help people in need.” Then Lilly was asked about her favorite part and she said, “My favorite part had to be when we walked around Time Square.”
