The Women’s basketball team started the season off against Southern Guilford on November 21^st. This was a blowout win with a final score 59-18, with the Pirates on top. They had a dominant first half, scoring 37 points and holding the opposition to only 9 points. The Pirates then went on to play Northern Guilford on November 28^th. The Pirates pulled out a close one with a final score of 53-48, putting them at 2-0 on the season. They went on to face a strong Dudley team on November 30^th. It was a nail biter, with a final score of 52-51 with the Pirates coming out with a win. They hope to keep up the intensity in their next game against McMichael on December 1^st.
