The day before Valentine’s Day at Page High School was one of the happiest day before going to the weekend and Valentine’s day. It was not like a normal Friday, but a day filled with smiles, kindness, and strong friendships. And our teacher Ms. O’Connell, wanted to celebrate Valentine’s Day in a meaningful way. She decided that our class would make handmade Valentine’s cards for the EC students. As soon as she shared this idea, the classroom felt full of joy and positive energy. Everyone was ready to spread love and joy.
When the first period began, some of my classmates joined the activity. And the entire room started to feel warm and friendly. We worked together to make one or two cards for each student in the EC program. I focused on decorating my cards with bright colors and hearts. Others carefully wrote kind and friendly messages on the card. We shared supplies, helped each other, and made sure every card looked special. The classroom was full of teamwork and happy conversations. It truly felt like we were doing something important together.
As we continued working with positive vibes. We were so happy and making sure that every single student would receive a card. It was important to us that everyone felt included and loved. The activity made our classmates come together. It felt amazing to see everyone join for one kind purpose that filled my first period with lots of joy, creativity, and friendship.
After finishing the cards, we carefully collected them and walked as a small group to the EC classroom with the feeling of excitement and pride. When we entered the room and started passing the cards, the happiness in the room was unforgettable and EC students were so happy to see us that even some of them lined up with big smiles, waiting to receive their cards. When they got their Valentines, their faces lit up with pure joy. Seeing their excitement made us even happier.
The entire classroom felt bright and very cheerful, and the smiles were everywhere, the friendly vibes were so strong that everyone shared them at that moment. It was not just about giving cards. It was about sharing kindness and creating memories together. Every card we handed out brought more happiness into the room.
After everyone received their Valentines cards, we got some group photos to remember the moment. The photo showed smiles, laughter, and a special connection that we share with each other. We returned to our classroom feeling a sense of pride and joy, our hearts light and happy. That day at Page High School showed how powerful kindness can be. It Also, reminded us that an simple thoughtful actions can bring people together and create beautiful memories and a day filled with love, friendship, and the happiest feelings.
