On Monday, August 31, the Page Field Hockey took on Grimsley in a competition that seemed very one-sided throughout. With the Pirates getting off to a quick 4-0 start, the Whirlies never had a chance. “It was a great feeling and it was really fun because we all played really well,” said senior Ellen Knapp. Page went on to win 9-0, led by Ashley Cram with 3 goals. It looks like there’s a bright season ahead for the Pirates.
