The Pirates volleyball team dominated their conference this season. They rolled into the conference championship with an outstanding 10-0 record, ending with a 3-0 win against their rivals, Grimsley in the Championship game on October 21^st. Senior Peyton Meachum says that “they have a good team and are excited about their chances at winning the state championship.” This is the second conference championship in a row for the Pirates and they hope to make a deep playoff run in the coming weeks. The playoff seedings will be decided today, October 22^nd and matches will begin next week.
