This week, the women’s Varsity field hockey team lost 3-0 at Mount Tabor on Monday, but beat Riverside-Durham 6-0 on Wednesday at home. The women’s tennis team won their match against Grimsley on Monday. The Women’s Varsity golf team placed 2nd in the Metro Match on Tuesday. Page’s Varsity girls volleyball team suffered an unfortunate loss to Northern Guilford on Thursday, senior night for the Pirates. The JV team beat Northern on Thursday, and both teams lost to Western on Tuesday. The men’s varsity soccer team beat Western 4-2 on Wednesday and lost 1-0 to Northern on Thursday. The JV team won both games.

Page’s Varsity Football team played their Homecoming game against Western on Friday night. Page struggled against Western’s defense in the Redzone. Senior Timothy Patterson caught two interceptions, boosting possession time for the Pirates. Junior Maurice Andrews led the team in rushing yards (150yds), followed closely by QB Jerron Blackwell, with 122 rushing yards. It was a back and forth game, but the Pirates pulled off a 10-7 win. JV won 33-14 on Thursday.
