On January 8th, Page’s Track Team, raced in Southwest Guilford Invitational #2. In the boys 300 meter dash CJ Crump placed 2nd with a time of 35.97. In the boys 1600 meter run, Cam Milroy placed 3rd with a time of 4:48.42. In the boys 3200 meter run, Jean-Lou Pare placed 3rd with a time of 11:13.21. In the boys 55 meter hurdles CJ Crump placed 2nd with a time of 8.45, and boys 4×200 meter relay placed 3rd with a time of 1:35.48.

On January 17, the Page track team raced in HOT Snowman. In the girls 55 meter hurdles Sydney Perkins placed 3rd with a time of 11.47. In the boys 55 meter dash Avante McCray placed 2nd with a time of 6.89. In the boys 300 meter dash, Jaedon Barnett placed 2nd with a time of 40.48, he also raced in the boys 500 meter dash and took 1st place with a time of 1:09.43. In the boys 1600 meter run Ethan Long placed 3rd with a time of 5:04.22, he also raced in the boys 3200 meter run with a time of 11:27.69 he got 2nd place. The boys 4×200,4×400, and 4×800 took 1st place with times of 1:36.74 (4×200), 3:46.94 (4×400), and 9:15.65 (4×800). In the boys shot put, Zykwan Griffin took 1st place with a throw of 38-3 and In the same race Nieko Pollard placed 2nd with a throw of 36-10.

On January 21st, Page’s track team raced in HOT Finale. In the boys 55 meter dash Jaedon Barnett took 1st place with a time of 6.78 and Avante McCray took 2nd place with a time of 6.87. In the boys 300 meter dash CJ Crump took 1st place with a time of 36.32. In the boys 500 meter dash Jaedon Barnett took 1st place with a time of 1:07.23. In the boys 4×200 meter, the relay team took 1st place with a time of 1:36.51. In the boys 4×400 meter, the relay team took second place with a time of 3:45.20.

Finally on January 28th, Page raced in Guilford County Indoor Championships. In the boys 55 meter dash Jaedon Barnett took 3rd place with a time of 6.70. In the boys 300 meter dash CJ Crump came in 2nd place with a time of 35.96. In the boys 500 meter dash, Jaedon Barnett came into 1st place with a time of 1:07.21. In the boys 55 meter hurdle, CJ Crump took 3rd place with a time of 8.49. In the boys 4×200 meter relay came into 3rd place with a time of 1:35.44 and finally the boys 4×400 meter relay, they came in 1st with a time of 3:35.35. Two of our Pirates, Jaedon Barnett and Patrick Smith completed in the Indoor State Championship Meet. In the boys 500 meter dash, Jaedon Barnett came into 7th place with a time of 1:08.49 and Patrick Smith competed in the boy’s Triple Jump, he got 12th place with a jump of 42-1.They tried their hardest and did their best to accomplish their goals.
