Page Field Hockey Attempts To Defend Home Field

The Pirate field hockey team did not get the chance to play their match against Chapel Hill on Monday, September 11th due to high winds and inclement weather.

The Lady Pirates took on non-conference Ronald Reagan on Wednesday, September 13th. The game was played at Reagan, one of the best field hockey teams in the state. The Pirates ended up losing the game by a score of 3-1. The Pirates only goal was scored by Senior Captain Anna Sardzinski in the second half of the game. This gives the field hockey team a record of (0-4), however the team looks to turn things around this week. The Pirates play East Forsyth Tuesday at home. Following that game, the Pirates will look to get defeat the Northwest Vikings, Thursday September 21st at home.
