Decembers Male student of the month is Austin Connors. Austin has maintained exceptionally good grade throughout his High School career. Austin is currently President of the Spanish National  Honor Society and Co-President of the Principles Council. He also runs cross country and is Co-Captain of the Swim team. He is very excited to be nominated student of the month and hopes others will be inspired by his success here at Page. Austin loves the school sprit at Page and the continuous growth of love people have for the school. Austin wants others to know they shouldn’t be afraid to push themselves and get involved with things they are passionate about.

December’s female student of the month is Hannah Southern. Hannah Southern is super involved with Page High, she is in Young life, Nation honor society, international club, and she also runs cross country and softball. Her greatest accomplishment this year is getting into her top and greatly improving her writing skills and interviewing skills. Hannah is extremely excited to be student of the month as she feels special and that her hard work is being noticed. Hannah’s favorite part of Page is the unique people she has become friends with and receiving but also giving support in and out of school. She wants others to know its important to stay positive and optimistic as high school can be extremely difficult and everyone is trying to figure out who they are. Her advice for other students would be to keep pushing because it seems hard now but it won’t matter 6 months from now and the rewards later will outweigh the difficulties your facing now.
