Emma Heard (Sr.) was the leading scorer with 22 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 steals. Her sister, Jillian Heard (Sr.) along with Ava Casper (Sr.) were the next top scorers with 6 points each. The Pirates use the momentum from this game in their next contest against Southwest Guilford on January 26^th. The Pirates won this game with a final score of 40-39, with Seniors Emma Heard, Jillian Heard, and Ava Casper leading the team with 8 points each. Emma and Jillian Heard combined for 19 rebounds, and got our only steals in the contest. The Pirates are on a hot streak, and hope to keep it up in their next game versus Ragsdale on January 29^th.
