On Friday, November 25th, the Pirates football team defeated West Mecklenburg in the second round of state playoffs 55-26.  This is a huge win for Page as they move onto the third round of playoffs.  Offense was led by Quarterback Will Jones, who accounted for 6 touchdowns.  The Red Death Defense was led by Defensive End, Tyler Deberry with four sacks, two blocked punts, and a touchdown.  The Pirates will play the four seed, West Forsyth at home on Friday, December 2nd.  Good luck and go Pirates!
