Page Women’s Golf Continues Strong Start To Season

The Page Women’s golf team competed in the 4A Metro on September the 18^th. The match was held at Carolina National golf course and all teams in the conference were competing. Page was fighting off their toughest competition in the conference, Ragsdale who went stroke for stroke until the last few holes of the match. The Pirates managed to pull off a victory over the five conference teams and beat Ragsdale, who came in second by three strokes. The Pirates Captains Emelia Pack and Tatum Neff shot a 35 and a 39 leading the pirates to victory as well as Kate Hunter shooting a 45. The Pirates look to continue the great play this season at Bryan Park for the Guilford County Invitational.
