The Page volleyball competed in the Metro 4A conference tournament this week. The Pirates defeated rivals Grimsley, 3-0 in their first contest, and were led in hits and aces by senior captain Caroline Fitzgerald. The Pirates played the Northwest Vikings on Wednesday, October 20^th in the conference championship game and lost a close one to the Vikings, 3 sets to 1. The team has a home playoff game this Saturday versus Glenn. The Pirates are a 13^th seed in the 4A state playoffs. The winner of Page v. Glenn will take on the 4^th seed, Hickory Ridge. Good luck to the Volleyball team as they begin the state playoffs.
