On Tuesday, October 17th the Pirates took on the Tigers of Ragsdale at home. The final score was 7-1 with Page on top. On Thursday, October 19th the Pirates took on the Bison of High Point Central in a home conference game. The Pirates lost to the Bison 3-1, after a long hard fought game. Page’s goal was scored by senior Giovanni Santibanez. On Thursday, October 26th the Pirates took on rival, the Grimsley. The Pirates brought home a win 4-1. It was Senior Night along with it being the last game in the regular season. The seniors who were recognized were Nick and Caleb Patsch, Trip Hughes, Jonathan Bautista, AC Camara, Giovanni Santibanez, Giovanni Lagnerini, Lawton Gresham, Christopher Dutch, Cameron Massey, Justin Priede, and Peter Schaftlein. After the first half the Pirates and Whirlies were tied 1-1. During the second half, Page took ahold of the game and pulled ahead wining 4-1. AC Camara scored 2 goals along with Harry Hardy and Giovanni Santibanez each having 1 goal. The Pirates will have a home game tomorrow November 1st against Mallard Creek in the first round of playoffs. The Pirates are the 11th seed and Mallard Creek is the 22nd.
